In January 2008 the prestige commercial developers Easter Developments chose Apex to carry out the subdivision of the Butterfield Development on the A505 between Luton and Hitchin. As clients started to populate the various units, Apex secured the contracts to fitout and supply office furniture to various end users, amongst whom David Reid Homes, Lambert Smith Hampton, Play V and Instant Business.
 
Easter Developments then selected Apex to carry out works at their own unit at Butterfield which involved a 2 storey unit being fully fitted out from start to finish within 3 weeks.
