Due to their existing premises being somewhat old & tired, and the costs of refurbishment prohibitive, the Unite Federation approached Apex Office Interiors initially with the brief to space plan and put budgets to the fitout of potential new premises. As the requirement gathered momentum, new premises were selected and a full specification drawn up for their refit.
