Banning Dental Wembley

Banning Dental Group is a dental practice committed to providing quality patient care by embracing a Scandinavian philosophy that offers innovative treatments, a welcoming environment, and a positive customer experience.

Since opening its flagship clinic in Blackfriars in 2019, the group has expanded across London and the south and has ambitious plans to continue growing its presence within the region. Apex has established a strong partnership with Banning and its interior design partner Remarcable Designs, who specialise in dental practices & clinical workplaces, with this project marking the ninth collaboration.

Client Brief

Working to a budget of £400,000 and a timeframe of 14-16 weeks, Apex was engaged to complete a shell and core fitout for Banning’s new practice in Wembley. The objective was to transform the existing space into a fully functional dental practice that reflects Banning’s commitment to quality and care while meeting the operational needs of a busy dental clinic.

Key Features

• Treatment Rooms: Each treatment room was designed to offer individual feeds for compressed air, suction, waste, and HVAC. Apex addressed these challenge needs through meticulous planning and collaboration with specialists, ensuring all technical requirements were met without compromising the overall design and functionality of the space.
• Specialist Apparatus Installation: In addition to the fit out, Apex coordinated and supervised the installation of specialist dental apparatus and appliances. This involved clear communication with the client’s appointed contractors and specialist suppliers to ensure all equipment was integrated in accordance with the highest standards of safety and functionality.
• Patient-Centric Environment: The design prioritises patient experience, featuring comfortable waiting areas, soothing colour palettes, and considered lighting. These elements work together to create a welcoming atmosphere that helps to alleviate anxiety and enhances the overall experience for patients.
• Sustainable Practices: Apex adopted sustainable practices during all project phases, focusing on energy-efficient solutions and environmentally friendly materials. This commitment to sustainability demonstrates alignment with modern healthcare practices and reflects Banning’s company values.

Project Results

The completed fit out has resulted in a modern facility that supports Banning’s growth ambitions and sets a blueprint for future clinics in the pipeline. Apex worked closely with Remarcable Designs and other suppliers throughout to foster cohesive partnerships and ensure the seamless integration of all design elements.
