- Cat A: This brings the building up to a basic, functional state. It includes installing suspended ceilings, raised flooring, basic electrical distribution and air conditioning.
- Cat B: This involves customising the space to your specific business needs, including partition walls, meeting rooms, bespoke joinery, workstations, breakout rooms, branding and furniture.
What is an Office Refurbishment?
Unlike a fit-out (which starts with a blank slate) an office refurbishment is the process of updating, renovating or remodelling a space that you already occupy.
